Application is now open for the 9th international masterclass conducting technique scheduled to hold in February 2025. Interested students can now apply for 9th International masterclass conducting technique program. The masterclass will be given by Professor of Music, Rene Gulikers.
Who is the Masterclass Conducting Technique for?
The masterclass is open for music students, for those who are preparing for an (entrance) exam orchestral, windband or choral conducting, and for professional musicians of all ages and nationalities. There will be a minimum of 7 and a maximum of 8 participants.
When
The masterclass will take place from the 21st of February (arrival between 18:00 and 19:00 h) until the 28th of February (departure before 09:30 h), 2025. The lessons will take place from Saturday morning, the 22nd of February to Thursday evening, the 27th of February, 2025.
Costs
In order to apply for 9th international masterclass conducting technique program, students will have to pay the sum of € 975,00. This amount includes all lessons, full board with private rooms for everyone, use of saunas and lesson material including a copy of “A complete conducting technique” by prof. Gulikers. Scores and travel costs are at the expense of the participants.
How to apply for the masterclass conducting technique
The application for the masterclass is open until the 13th of December, 2024. Candidates will be admitted in order of application. Once the eighth candidate is admitted, registration will close, even if it is before the 13th of December, 2024. The application is final once the application form (to be downloaded below) has been fully completed, signed and returned to Int.Mc.ConductingTechnique{at}outlook.com and a down payment of € 225,00 has been transferred to bank account DE10 4036 1906 1217 9474 00 (Swift or BIC-Code: GENODEM1IBB, “Volksbank Münsterland Nord eG”, address: Neubrückenstraße 66, D – 48143 Münster, Germany) in the name of René Gulikers. Those living outside the European Union and/or those with other currencies should take the exchange rate and transfer costs of the sending as well as the receiving bank for their own account (do not choose BEN or SHA, but choose OUR). Payment by PayPal is possible as well.
