The Swam Composition

Listen to this beautiful Filharmonix rendering of the famous classical piece, “The Swan”, from the suite Carnival of the Animals, composed by Camille Saint-Saëns and originally published in 1887 as an arrangement for piano and solo cello.

The Swan was the only piece from the suite given a public performance while the composer was alive, as was his wish.

Here, Filharmonix performs the solo part with his soprano recorder, with a few embellishments, and include a self- produced backing track.
